At GIMZ, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience across the UAE. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 12 Days Easy Return Policy for your convenience.

Customers in the UAE can request a return within 12 days of receiving their order.

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Product must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or confirmation email) is required

🔁 How to Request a Return

  • Your Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • Product image (if damaged or defective)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.

🚚 Pickup & Return Shipping (UAE)

  • We may arrange a pickup service depending on your location
  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is FREE
  • For other reasons (change of mind), a small return fee may apply

💳 Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Discounted or final sale items
